Reduce size of multiple images and Important MS Word Commands

If many high resolution photos clicked on the camera or phone are to be uploaded to email or share on social media simultaneously, it takes a lot of time and photos of a certain size can only be sent through email. The best way is to resize photos in bulk using the following web tools -

If you use Microsoft Word, then you should know these special short commands.

1). Cursor at last save position :
Suppose you are editing a word document and suddenly got up for some work, now you do not know where you have edited last, in such a situation use Shift+F5 command, your cursor will be where you did the last save.

2). Change the case of text :
If you want to change the case of text i.e to uppercase or lowercase, then select the text and use Shift+F3 command. The case of text will be changed.

3). Generate quick text :
In Microsoft word, if you want to generate a quick experimental text then type =rand(8,10) and press enter. Random text will be generated. 

4). Generate quick table :
If you want to generate table using short commands, then type + press tab, again type + and press tab and again type + and now press enter and table will be generated. 

5). Repeat last action (different from Ctrl+Z) :
If you want to repeat any last action related to formatting elsewhere also, use the F4 command. For example, if you have changed the font and size of a part of the text and you want to repeat it in the other part also. Select the part and press F4 key, your work will be very easy.
